The ending of festival seating and beer being sold at the Cap Center

I was there for this concert ( anong many others ) and I remember it started earlier than posted and lasted longer. Blue Oyster Cult was great when they lined across the stage and jammed on Astronomy, I can't remember for sure, but I thought there were more groups there that day, anyway it was great!
